Reversing Burnout.  How to Immediately Engage Top Talent and Grow!  A Blueprint for Professionals and Business Owners.

Achieving success as a professional and a business owner requires a sustained commitment and dedication to “mastering our craft.”  Despite the tremendous value and benefits offered, success today can leave many of us feeling burned-out, disengaged, and considering a pivot.  Achieving success as an organization requires the ability to attract, retain, and grow top talent. To remain successful, organizations must take on burnout and disengagement and provide the type of environment and opportunities that top employees want.    Success and a full life are possible, and Reversing Burnout offers a specific blueprint for professionals and business owners to reverse burnout, immediately engage top talent, and grow.

Peter Atherton
Executive Director
100 Men Who Care

Inspired by the simple, powerful and effective ‘100 Who Care’ concept, and with the support of the 100 Women Who Care Southern Maine chapter , co-founders Peter Atherton and Marc Hodroff immediately wanted to set in motion an opportunity to bring together 100 Men Who Care in Southern Maine.

Our goal is to support charities and non-profit organizations dedicated to serving and making a difference in our communities. These organizations are almost universally under-resourced. Together, we dramatically multiply our individual impact.

100 Men Who Care members are able to nominate and share about charities and non-profit organizations they  want to support with $10,000 in one hour!

Members also learn more about the communities in which we live and what other organizations are doing throughout Southern Maine to meet needs, give hope and opportunity to the lives of others, or protect and sustain our environment and the welfare of the creatures within.
